The Statement of Work is what captures and defines all aspects of your project. We’ll go over the activities, deliverables, budgets, and timetable for the project. It’s an extremely detailed document as it will lay the groundwork for the project plan.

  This is where we reach out to all the relevant suppliers and negotiate the best terms. We do the legwork and all communication between all parties. Keeping the customer engaged but stress free. 

Upon finalization of supplier & buyer agreements we develop a full concept of execution for approval.  This will cover Everything from timelines and locations to sustainability and remittance requirements.  

Time to put it all in motion!  All parties will execute their part in your vision and we will ensure customer satisfaction.
